SAP Payroll Consultant

We are urgently looking to engage an SAP Senior Spanish PY Consultant to support and enhance one of our main clients' SAP HCM Payroll landscape.

They require an SAP Senior Spanish PY Consultant to join them on a long term basis. This role will focus on delivering and optimising SAP HCM Spanish Payroll solutions, ensuring compliant payroll configuration, efficient payroll processes, and successful project delivery across implementation and enhancement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage SAP HCM Spanish Payroll (PY) solution design, configuration, and optimisation activities
• Resolve complex payroll issues across schemas, PCRs, and integrations with TM and FI
• Support end-to-end project phases including requirements gathering, testing, payroll validation, training, and post-go-live support
• Ensure compliance with Spanish payroll regulations and support ongoing system evolution aligned with legal changes
