Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Scheduler / Rostering Coordinator to be the first point of contact for our clients, overseeing rostering of care workers and ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with handling a high volume of incoming telephone and internet enquiries.
  • Schedule services for clients by rostering Care workers based on their qualifications and availability. Create master rosters and manage daily changes to existing rosters.
  • Manage system Shift notes and redirect as per intended recipient.
  • Prepare invoices and mail them out in due manner.
  • Update mandatory compliance items in due manner.
  • Create a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking environment and adapt well under pressure.

Qualifications

  • At least a year of professional experience as a scheduler or rostering officer in community aged care, NDIS or related industry handling Australian clients.
