Job Description
I. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Revises daily pit/allocation in a timely manner which fulfil all operational demands
- Manages and solves issues relating to last minute changes in business requirements
- Pro-actively identify any shortfalls or anomalies and raise them to the Supervisor
- Assesses and processes requests based on business demand
- Maintains records relating to leaves of absences, sick calls, suspensions and special days off as they relate to the daily and fortnightly rosters
- Ensures all customers receive prompt, efficient and courteous service at all times.
- Performs other job related duties assigned by superiors
