Key Responsibilities


  • Provide comprehensive administrative support across the school.

  • Manage pupil records and maintain accurate data using SIMS.

  • Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally.

  • Support attendance monitoring and reporting.

  • Assist with admissions, enrolment, and student documentation.

  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and school communications.

  • Maintain confidential records in line with data protection requirements.

  • Support senior leaders and teaching staff with administrative tasks.

  • Welcome visitors and provide front-of-house reception support when required.
  • Essential Requirements

  • Previous administrative experience within a school environment.

  • Strong working knowledge of SIMS (School Information Management System).
