We are looking for a sharp, creative, and execution-driven individual to join our school — someone who doesn't just manage, but builds.
This is not a desk job. This is a role for someone who can take an idea from the Trust and turn it into a real experience for students.
Here's what that looks like in practice:
→ The Trust wants to run a law education session.
→ You research it. Design the format. Set up the classroom like a courtroom.
→ You invite a lawyer. Assign student roles. Facilitate a mock trial.
→ You photograph and film it. Edit the video. Post the story.
That's the role. Every. Single. Time.
✅ What we're looking for:
• Bachelor's Degree (any discipline)
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
• Malayalam proficiency (strongly preferred)
• Video editing & photography skills
• Social media & content creation experience
