This role requires a hands-on approach to delivering assurance and continuous improvement. You will manage systems and capabilities that identify gaps while nurturing the CI team's skills. Your experience will support both operational excellence and effective governance within the site.
Key Responsibilities:
• Integrate assurance and improvement processes across site operations
• Own the site strategy for problem-solving and gap closure
• Implement the PDCA cycle for continuous enhancement
• Ensure data quality for performance management reporting
• Assess and improve site operating model maturity
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience
• At least 10 years in a similar role
