Job Description
Take the lead as a Scrum Master with General Dynamics Mission Systems–Canada. This role focuses on facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams for optimal performance and collaboration.
As a Scrum Master for the L&JS SoS EI team, you will empower cross-functional teams by fostering Agile practices. Your expertise in Scrum methodologies and engineering background will be key in removing obstacles and enhancing team dynamics. This role requires collaboration with product owners and stakeholders to meet business goals and improve overall project alignment.
