Insight Global is seeking an Agile Team Lead / Scrum Master to support two established AMTB teams (legacy and digital) within a leading Canadian insurance organization. This role will focus heavily on platform related regulatory enhancements, ensuring delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams. The selected candidate will lead all agile ceremonies, partner closely with product owners to ensure backlogs are properly groomed and prioritised, and guide sprint and release planning across both teams. The individual will be responsible for coordinating work across stakeholders, removing delivery blockers, and ensuring teams remain aligned and productive in a mature agile environment. The role involves managing cross-functional dependencies tied to insurance-related regulatory changes and supporting light reporting responsibilities, including quarterly updates on delivery progress, budget, and ROI.
