Section Head

Ensure high quality and timely delivery of all projects of the unit and oversee upkeep of the applications and platforms owned by the unit

Develop a full understanding of how the team/section works and orchestrate applicable processes across other teams/sections as needed

Manage all escalations and resolutions

Share the delegated responsibility of the head, and own full accountability for delivery in the assigned team/section

Work closely with other units/counterparties across ITG to ensure seamless delivery

Enforce adherence to IT SDLC and Governance structure

Ensure that there is a good understanding of the business unit’s strategic direction

Ensure alignment of strategies with BDO architecture
