Security Coordinator

The Security Coordinator assists the Supervisors in managing the daily operations of the department.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Reporting: Assist with department records for incident reports, ensure that student supervisor reports are correctly written and compliant with standards, ensure follow-through on reports submitted to the Security Department, and ensure that all incident media (photos, videos, electronic documents) are collected and stored on the network.
  • Coordinate Daily Shifts and Special Events: Help coordinate with other departments to provide security services for daily and special events; prepare the shift for special duties such as gate/building opening and closing and sign and cone setup; assist in managing student workers through quality assurance of security services for all events.
