Job Description
Key Responsibilities Maintaining good relations internal, external and with 3rd party contractor employees Ensuring the rendering of security service deliver in line with SOP’s Ensuring compliance and that all security officers meet contractual requirements as stipulated by the organization Identification and mitigation of risks Constantly evaluating the service levels provided and making recommendations to the client regarding the improvement of services General management and supervision of security staff and operations, including rosters and posting of staff Ensuring that all HR related queries are dealt with promptly Investigating incidents and investigations Attend meetings internal, external and with 3rd party contractor employees Compile weekly, monthly and annual site incident reports Control budget for security operations and monitor expenses Stores, stock and asset audits to verify stock and minimise theft Security service providers invoicing verification Rental machine hours...
