Retail Security Officer – M&S – Widnes

Salary: £13.58 per hour, guaranteed 40+ hours per week. Candidate must have 5 years trackable working history in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible, welcoming and reassuring presence within the store.
• Support customers and colleagues professionally and confidently.
• Respond appropriately to incidents, theft and security concerns.
• Help de‑escalate challenging situations calmly and respectfully.
• Work collaboratively with store teams as part of the wider M&S environment.
• Deliver high standards of professionalism, communication and customer service at all times.
