Description
The Analyst provides first‑level cybersecurity incident response, client support, and upholds defined service level agreements (SLA) and customer service excellence for Information Security and Endpoint Security. Security Analysts specialize in Managed Detection and Response services on the Microsoft technology stack, primarily Microsoft Sentinel and Defender.
Responsibilities
- Monitors, triages, investigates, remediates, and resolves first‑level security incidents.
- Collects and disseminates information to clients during incident investigation and post‑incident review.
- Identifies, records, and escalates service performance trends, anomalies, and SLA breaches to senior leadership.
- Updates knowledge base articles as needed.
- Applies Trusted Advisor techniques to build client trust and influence loyalty.
