Responsibilities

  • Responsible for investigations throughout the respective Region and state.
  • Execute Security policies to ensure the physical and system security of all SCOM premises.
  • Implement Security standards operating procedures (SOP) and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement Security policies in accordance with relevant rules and regulations.
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement effective Security policies, guidelines, and procedures to achieve department objectives.
  • Monitor Security Service Providers' performance, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and validate monthly payments to ensure compliance with agreements.
  • Conduct audits to ensure adherence to Security standards and policies.
  • Directly participate in the coordination and planning of physical security matters.
  • Assess additional requests from Operations and evaluate the necessity for Security measures.
