Security Officer

High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum age: 18 years. Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to produce clear, legible reports. Ability to understand and follow operational procedures and instructions. Valid state Guard License (or ability to obtain one) required. Must successfully pass background check, drug/alcohol screening, and possibly a driving record check. Must always maintain active licensing status while on duty. Flexibility to adapt to changing environments and shift needs. Intermediate computer skills; ability to work with wireless security technology platforms. Professional appearance and demeanor required. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage both routine and emergency situations calmly and effectively. Must be comfortable interacting with high volumes of the public, depending on shift assignment.
