Role. SAP ETD Designer

Responsibilities: 1. Deliver ETD patterns - Understand and develop the required patterns.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and Process experts to design optimal solutions according to best practices.
- Generate and challenge multiple solutions from different perspectives before discussing with Stakeholders.

2. Develop team competence - Provide relevant Knowledge Transfer to Service team members.
- Ensure good knowledge and understanding of Delivery Service and Project Processes, compliant with ITIL processes.
- Ensure process compliance and adherence to internal processes.
- Analyze current environment, propose improvements, and execute internal improvement projects.

3. Troubleshoot issues and develop bug fixes - Analyze and propose optimal design changes to improve existing solutions.
