Qualifications
This position is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily operations of the security team to ensure the safety and protection of guests, employees, property, and company assets. This role includes monitoring staff performance, conducting inspections, managing incidents, and maintaining security standards and procedures.
Ensure the highest level of safety and security for our Guests, Heartists, Vendors, and Suppliers through an efficient and proactive approach in daily operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Certificates in National Skills Recognition System, CPR, First Aid Management and Basic Fire Fighting
- Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Honest with a high level of integrity
