Monitor the health of assigned processes, ensuring high-quality output, and provide proactive redundancy plans for bottlenecks that could impact Fab cycle time (CT) or turns. Collaborate with shift teams to resolve tool process issues and maximize tool output. Collaborate with supervisor and area leaders to create personal performance and development goals.
