onsemi in Carmona, Cavite is seeking a Probe and Die Sales Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee production lines and ensure that all operations meet predefined manufacturing KPIs. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in the semiconductor industry.

The role requires strong planning and organizing skills, as well as the ability to manage and develop a team of manufacturing operators. Competitive salary and 12-hour continuous operation shifts offered.
