What your day might look like

• Supporting pupils with special educational needs , including autism, ADHD, or learning differences
• Providing 1:1 or small group support to help children access learning
• Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff
• Helping create a calm, safe, and encouraging classroom environment
