A GBP 23,000 salary, £25,000 a day, starting September, permanent.

The Role

We are looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs including ASD, ADHD, speech and language difficulties, and moderate learning difficulties. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and therapists to provide tailored support both inside and outside the classroom.

• Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
• Help them engage with learning, develop communication and social skills, and follow structured routines.
• Support pupils with sensory needs and behaviour management strategies.
• Collaborate with teachers and therapists to implement personalised support plans.
