Job Description

Gsl-Education is seeking SEN Teaching Assistants to work full-time at an Ofsted-rated 'Good' school in Redditch. This role involves providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with various Special Educational Needs. Ideal candidates will have experience in supporting individuals with Autism, ADHD, and other learning difficulties. The position offers the potential for a permanent contract, with hours from 8:30am to 3:30pm during term time. Strong interpersonal skills and empathy are essential.
