Affinity Workforce is working in partnership with a primary school in Reading , and we are currently recruiting an experienced and committed SENCO Unit Lead to lead and develop two SEND units within the school.
This is an exciting leadership opportunity for a qualified SENCO / QTS Teacher who is passionate about inclusive education and has the expertise to drive high-quality provision for pupils with additional needs. The role is available for an immediate start , with potential for long-term or permanent placement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing two SEND units within the primary setting
- Overseeing the delivery of high-quality, tailored teaching and learning for pupils with SEND
