Job Description

Coforge is seeking an Adobe Journey Optimizer Lead (AJO) to design and deliver omnichannel customer journeys remotely. The role requires deep expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer and strong understanding of customer lifecycle journeys, particularly in banking or financial services.

Ideal candidates will have 7-10 years of experience in marketing automation with a focus on event-driven journey orchestration and possess an Adobe AJO certification.
