Responsibilities

  • Process Assessment & Design –

    Conduct a comprehensive review of existing processes and documentation.

    Identify gaps, risks, and optimization opportunities for processes with compliance, ethical, or reputational impact.

    Define future state workflows, approval paths, controls, and governance structures.

    Establish clear roles & responsibilities, decision criteria, and risk assessment steps.

    Ensure alignment with internal policies, industry standards, and relevant legislation.

  • Process Development & Implementation –

    Design end‑to‑end processes, including new steps or components not currently in place.

    Develop associated guidelines, procedures, and templates.

    Coordinate with key internal stakeholders to ensure process feasibility and adoption.
