Job Description

Oda is looking for two Senior Software Engineers to join our new AI Enablement Team. In this role, you will create and enhance Oda's internal AI ecosystem, working on innovative projects that support our strategic goals. You will focus on backend development and collaborate across teams to automate workflows and transform functional needs into rapid AI prototypes.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of software engineering experience and substantial expertise with Python and LLM APIs. We offer competitive compensation, a flat organizational structure, and a supportive work environment.
