  • Provide Level 1 & Level 2 application support for enterprise systems
  • Monitor and ensure daily application health checks before business hours
  • Analyse and resolve incidents, problems, and service requests
  • Log and document support activities using JIRA or ticketing tools
  • Communicate with end users via phone, email, and chat
  • Collaborate with project, infrastructure, and production teams to resolve issues
  • Track and report escalated incidents (weekly / ad‑hoc reporting)
