Responsibilities
- Designs and manages complex architectural projects, and ensures they meet business goals and industry standards. They also mentor junior architects and contribute to strategic decisions.
- Design: Create architectural designs for indoor and outdoor spaces, including single rooms and entire complexes
- Manage: Oversee the implementation of architectural solutions, including preparing construction instructions
- Mentor: Provide technical guidance and support to junior architects
- Collaborate: Work with clients to discuss project objectives, requirements, and budgets
- Report: Provide project managers with updates on the project's progress
- Ensure compliance: Make sure plans meet building codes, safety regulations, and budgets
- Make decisions: Contribute to strategic decisions for projects
