Senior Architect

Quadrante is looking to strengthen its Buildings Business Unit by recruiting a Senior Architect for the Architecture department, based at our Lisbon office.

With both national and international projects of varying scales and typologies, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and effective responses to client requests; actively participate in meetings to understand client needs, concerns, and objectives, and propose appropriate solutions
• Develop and implement tools and methodologies to enhance both individual and team performance and productivity
• Support, guide, and mentor junior team members
• Monitor and manage project processes with all relevant stakeholders and authorities
