About XV Architecture:

XV Architecture Ltd is a small, boutique, design-driven architecture practice with deep expertise in residential projects, primarily Missing Middle housing, small multi-family, and mid-rise residential buildings up to six storeys.

We operate as a fully remote studio — no office, no micromanagement, no bureaucracy, and especially no excessive team meetings that should have been an email.

We work closely with our in-house development and construction teams at Xquimalt Developments, a Vancouver Island-based residential development and construction company focused on high-quality Missing Middle housing and small multi-family projects and Invision Developments - a land development business on Vancouver Island. This integrated approach ensures our work is design-forward, cost-aware, and highly buildable.
