Job Description

  • Report to Supply Chain Lead / Production Lead

  • Perform operations in SAP such as movement of parts/components

  • Receive, check and mark parts/components before batching into warehouse

  • Place and sort parts/components in the warehouse

  • Issue and pick parts/components upon request

  • Pack selected parts/components

  • Maintain SAP inventory plant and stock level of components

  • Prepare documents and coordinates with freight forwarders on cargo arrangement

  • Conduct annual stocktake

  • Manage documentation processes, including filing and uploading documents into folders

  • Perform other related warehousing or Ad-hoc jobs assigned by the Supply Chain Lead / Production Lead
