Senior Associate, Expert Services (Toronto)

Our Valuations & Expert Services practice is a leading market player. We are well-known in Canada and abroad for our expertise and services to corporate clients, investment funds and their legal and other advisors.

Responsibilities

• Will be tasked to work on a variety of financial and valuation analyses for a variety of purposes, including litigation/expert witness matters, financial reporting, fairness opinions, investment valuations and income tax
• Prepare valuation analyses, detailed financial models, written reports and presentations
• Work closely with Managing Directors, Directors and Vice Presidents in a growing practice area
• Develop a network of corporate, legal and other professionals

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional services experience, with valuation and accounting experience preferred but not essential
• CPA, CBV or CFA designations or pursuit thereof is preferred <...
