Job Description

Job Purpose

  • Responsible for coordinating, executing, and monitoring sales and marketing programs under the Cards and Payments Business Division.
  • Ensures timely and accurate delivery of assigned campaigns, from planning and documentation to implementation and post-campaign evaluation.
  • Responsible for continuous enhancement of existing campaigns, innovation to improve processes, and managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities related to campaign implementation.
  • Consolidates campaign performance reports and support data validation and analysis.


Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field.
  • 2-3-years of experience in sales management or program management.
  • Proven experience in campaign management, preferably within the banking or financial services industry
