Crew, a global fintech company, is actively looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to become part of its LATAM engineering team. In this role, you will design and build backend systems that support financial services across various regions.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of backend engineering experience, be fluent in English, and proficient in either Spanish or Portuguese. Strong skills in backend languages such as Go, Python, or Node.js/TypeScript are essential, along with knowledge of cloud infrastructure and integration of AI tools.
