Job Description

Coherent Corp. in Ipoh, Malaysia is seeking a Senior Process & Equipment Engineer to establish effective plans to meet engineering KPIs. You will lead the backend process simplification and automation, maintaining equipment and driving team performance.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing processes. Strong knowledge in C#, VB.NET and motion control is a plus. We value integrity, collaboration, and accountability in our culture.
