Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a large-scale healthcare technology initiative within the public sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and working groups.
- Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, impact assessments, and business modeling.
- Support project planning, risk management, change management, and implementation activities.
- Collaborate with development, QA, vendor, and business teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Develop business processes, user documentation, training materials, and operational procedures.
Must-Have Qualifications
Experience with Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021, Digital Service Standard, Ontario Design System (ODS), and Service Design Playbook.
