Role Purpose

Lead end-to-end commercial diagnostics across product, traffic, and customer lifecycle, identifying growth bottlenecks and translating data into actionable strategies to drive measurable GMV and sell-out impact.


This role goes beyond insights generation — it ensures data is converted into real business decisions and performance improvement across the organization.

Scope


1. Cross-Brand Commercial Diagnostics

  • Lead performance diagnostics across all Coty brands in China, not limited to a single brand

  • Identify common growth patterns, structural gaps and cross-brand opportunities

  • Provide holistic view on business performance to support portfolio-level decision-making
