Job Description

The Senior Business Development Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion across the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new business acquisition across our service offerings in the Philippines market: Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), Project-based and hard-to-fill recruitment support, Recruitment operations and administrative services.

Build, manage, and convert a qualified sales pipeline of mid‑market and enterprise clients across the Philippines.

Lead consultative sales discussions with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Operations leaders.

Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solution design, pricing, proposals, and closing.

Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue and growth targets.

Leverage existing relationships and networks to accelerate deal flow and early wins.
