Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – CNC Programming & FAI Proving to lead CNC programming, part proving, and process optimization activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with multi-axis machining (4th/5th axis) , strong CAM programming expertise , and proven ability in First Article Inspection (FAI) validation for precision components in aerospace, defence, or automotive domains.
Key Responsibilities
: Develop CNC Program s for VMC, HMC, Turn-Mill, and 4/5-axis machines using CAM software
. Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) provin g and validate machining accuracy on the shop floor
. Estimate machining hour s for new components and support costing teams with accurate cycle time data
. Optimize machining parameter s, tool selection, and cutting strategies to enhance productivity and tool life
. Train and guide machine operator s on program understanding, setup practices, and machining techniques
