We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Assistant Manager – CNC Programming & FAI Proving
to lead CNC programming, part proving, and process optimization activities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with
multi-axis machining (4th/5th axis) , strong
CAM programming expertise , and proven ability in
First Article Inspection (FAI) validation
for precision components in aerospace, defence, or automotive domains.
Key Responsibilities
:Develop CNC Program s for VMC, HMC, Turn-Mill, and 4/5-axis machines using CAM software
.Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) provin g and validate machining accuracy on the shop floor
.Estimate machining hour s for new components and support costing teams with accurate cycle time data
.Optimize machining parameter s, tool selection, and cutting strategies to enhance productivity and tool life
.Train and guide machine operator s on program unde...
