Responsibilities

  • Develop and administer compensation and benefits plans, policies and procedures.
  • Analyze salary data and job descriptions to determine appropriate salary levels for different positions.
  • Prepare reports and presentations related to compensation and benefits.
  • Research and stay up to date on compensation and benefits trends, laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with department heads, strategy and operations team to design and implement incentive programs.
  • Evaluate and recommend new compensation and benefits plans to meet organizational goals and objectives.
  • Assist with change management initiatives and ensure successful implementation.
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
  • Enable the design, development, delivery and management of key communications.
  • Additional for Change implementation scope.
