Job Summary

Senior Client Development Manager (Full‑time, 42.5 h/week) – Dübendorf (Zurich), Switzerland. The role reports to the Senior Sales Manager and focuses on driving new business growth by securing strategic partnerships across sports, entertainment, and cultural sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize new business opportunities in the Swiss market
  • Build and manage a high‑quality sales pipeline
  • Lead the full sales cycle from outreach to contract closure
  • Negotiate with senior stakeholders including promoters and venues
  • Develop tailored commercial proposals
  • Drive contract negotiations and closing phases
  • Collaborate with Legal, Finance, Consulting, and Product
  • Monitor market trends and growth opportunities
  • Represent Ticketmaster in industry networks
  • Maintain CRM tracking, forecasting, and reporting
