Job Description
Drive the success of enterprise SaaS implementations as a Senior Implementation Manager. This remote-first role requires adept project leadership and strong stakeholder management to ensure effective customer outcomes.
In this client-facing position, you will lead complex SaaS implementations from kickoff through to post-launch stabilization. With 5-7+ years in SaaS project management, you will guide customers through every phase, ensuring clarity across multiple workstreams and stakeholders. Your ability to facilitate workshops and communicate effectively will align efforts between customer teams and internal resources.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end implementation of enterprise SaaS solutions
• Manage project delivery phases, from planning to go-live
• Facilitate workshops to define scope and success criteria
• Act as primary contact to manage relationships with stakeholders
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure alignment and execution
