THE ROLE:

We’re helping our Edmonton client find a talented and dedicated Client Services IT Technician with strong expertise in diagnosing and resolving technical issues involving hardware, software, and networks. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional first-line technical support, ensuring systems run smoothly, and maximizing productivity across the board. Working both in person and remotely, you'll collaborate with users to identify and address concerns while maintaining a sharp focus on delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
