Senior Compliance Officer – Canada / MSB
EMCD is a global Web3 company building a complete crypto ecosystem: Mining Pool, Wallet, Coinhold (Earn), Exchange and Cards.
We operate across multiple jurisdictions and continue expanding our presence in the European market under the MiCA regulatory framework.
We are looking for a Senior Compliance Officer who will own and drive the Canadian compliance agenda, ensuring our MSB operations and crypto‑related activities are fully aligned with FINTRAC requirements, PCMLTFA/PCMLTFR, and AML/CFT obligations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the company's activities in Canada comply with PCMLTFA / PCMLTFR , FINTRAC requirements , AML/CFT standards, and applicable regulation for Money Services Businesses (MSB / Foreign MSB) .
- Maintain and update the company's MSB registration, including:
- timely updates of registration data,
- business activities,
