Job Description
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Architectural Design & Strategy**
+ **Discovery & Design:** Lead workshops to assess legacy environments (VMware/Hyper-V) and design future-state OpenShift architectures.
+ **Migration Planning:** Develop large-scale migration strategies using the **Migration Toolkit for Virtualization (MTV)** .
+ **Strategic Advisory:** Present technical roadmaps and business-value cases to IT leadership to justify infrastructure shifts.
**2. Technical Implementation (Hands-on)**
+ **Cluster Deployment:** Build and secure OpenShift clusters on bare-metal or hybrid-cloud environments.
+ **Networking & Storage:** Configure advanced networking (SR-IOV, OVN-K, Multus) and software-defined storage (OpenShift Data Foundation/Ceph).
+ **Automation & GitOps:** Build automated pipelines using **Ansible** and **ArgoCD** to manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for both containers and VMs.
