Job Description
Ensure FIS / FIS3 schedule information is accurate, timely, and reliable to support operational execution, commercial visibility, and customer reliability. Support FIS3 adoption, process streamlining, and practical automation or semi-automation to reduce manual handling and enable proactive schedule monitoring. Scheduling Data Control: Maintain FIS / FIS3 schedule information, including coastal schedules, LTS amendments, vessel particulars, RVT, DP voyages, schedule amendments, and ETA / ETB / ETD updates.
Identify and rectify schedule data gaps early to minimise operational, commercial, and customer impact.
FIS3 Adoption and Process Improvement: Build strong working knowledge of FIS3 workflows, data logic, and system capabilities. Support transition activities including workflow review, testing, validation, documentation, and post-implementation stabilisation. Recommend practical improvements to simplify, standardise, and streamline scheduling work.
