Job Description
We are building a B2B platform enabling non-EU brands to sell into the EU market. Brands ship EXW. EU retailers act as Importer of Record (IOR). We orchestrate logistics via DHL Express but do not take ownership of goods.
We need a senior advisor to review and validate our architecture.
Scope:
Validate IOR structure
Clarify customs representation setup (direct vs indirect)
Assess DHL Express billing & declarant risk
Define duty/VAT liability chain
Identify legal exposure points
Stress-test the model
This is advisory only (10–20 hours), not operational execution.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Logistics Management, Import Procedure
