WBM is seeking an experienced Senior Desktop Engineer to enhance our team. You will leverage tools like MECM, Intune, and Azure to resolve tier 3 support incidents and maintain endpoint health across enterprise devices. Your initiative will directly contribute to updates and compliance setups within diverse systems benefiting our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve tier 3 support requests while monitoring endpoint fleets
• Package and deliver custom applications and updates
• Create and test Intune and Group Policy Objects
• Maintain Intune Compliance policies effectively
• Provide proactive management of MECM and Intune services
