Base Location

The Role

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you’ll join a team of developers working in Agile practices to modernise SSE Energy Markets IT practices. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of our EM IT estate in both cloud and traditional on prem deployments; focusing on application packaging, code deployment, automation, infrastructure as code, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Your expertise in cloud services (Azure), security, and automation will be instrumental in driving forward the digital transformation initiatives.
